PRIVACY POLICY
At Ellipsis Wellness, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using our website and services. We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and any other details you provide when booking an appointment, submitting a contact form, or communicating with us. We may also gather non-personal data such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our website. This information is used solely to schedule and confirm appointments, respond to inquiries, improve our services and website experience, send marketing messages if you’ve opted in, and comply with any legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as scheduling platforms, website hosts, and payment processors, as well as legal authorities if required by law. We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. You have the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time and may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at Sydney@ellipsiswellness.com. Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience; you may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings. BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY 
Appointments must be booked in advance through our online system, phone, or direct message.
A valid contact number and service location (address) must be provided at the time of booking. Please also provide any parking or access information such as gate codes or directions to specific parking spots.
Payment may be required in full or a deposit may be requested to confirm your booking, depending on the service type. Please be sure to fill out all required forms prior to our arrival (Health History, Informed consent).
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows (failure to be present at the agreed location without notice) will be charged the full service fee. Emergencies and special cases may be considered at our discretion.
ARRIVAL AND PREPARATION
Our therapist will arrive at your location approximately 30-45 minutes before the scheduled time to set up.
Please ensure the space provided is clean, safe, and has enough room for a massage table (at least 8x8 feet)
You must be ready and available at the agreed time and location. There is a 20 minute buffer period after your set appointment time, in this buffer time, we will attempt to contact you 2x at the contact information provided. If this time passes without hearing from you, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount for your scheduled appointment. 
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries and injuries prior to the session. You must fill out the Health History Waiver prior to your appointment.
Services may be declined if the client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if there are unsanitary or unsafe conditions at the location. 
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT 
All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Therapist has the right to end the session if they feel unsafe or if boundaries are crossed. In this case, the situation will be documented in an incident report and you may be charged the full amount of your session. Depending on the severity of the incident, the proper authorities may be contacted to ensure the safety of our therapists. Inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session.
